With the addition of Citibank, the student card selection is actually looking pretty good. It used to be extremely difficult to find 0% student cards, but now there are some great choices to practice up on your balance transfer skills.
I have rated them based on the criteria I feel is most important, including estimated credit limits, card perks, annual percentage rate, etc.
I'm hoping I can track down some more good offers for student cards and when I do I will post them up here. Until then, I feel these are your best bet.
